You start with a shirt, any old shirt, with a good collar.
Tip: Make sure you find one that buttons up all the way to the neck.
Then use some scissors, and snip snip! And seriously, that is it!
(My shoes matched perfectly, but by complete accident!)
Mix it up with pearls, or make a bow with some ribbon! Easy-peezy-lemon squeezy!
